Hi family,
Things have been really crazy around here these days. Jillian always has tons of homework, which i find crazy for a first grader. I'm taking anatomy and accelerated English for my future bachelors degree, i have sooooo much homework i have forgotten what fun is. Eden is also taking two online college courses as well, human development and pre- algebra. Eric has been out of work for the past two months and needs to get a job! Jared has made a drastic change recently, he has joined the Army reserves and will be going to basic training in 30 to 45 days, he will be gone for 9 weeks.were hoping this change will be a good change for our family.Hey Caleb and Suzy i was wondering how hard it would be for you to get a Idaho phone number so we could talk more often? I really enjoyed the slides of dad, he sure was a handsome man. I think about him everyday and miss him terribly, life is never going to be the same without him, he was the glue that held this family together and i find myself lacking direction without his words of encouragement and love. i love you all very much,

Wow, that is quite the change! In my opinion Eric should be the one enlisting in the Army as the twenty year old, but if that is what Jared wants to do and feels good about it, good for him. What is he going to be doing as his specialty field? Welding? He will woop up on the all guys at basic training.
About the phone thing. We could, but it would cost us more money to do that. We have a really good flat rate to the states, so we feel bad it is not quite as convenient for the family, but it is better for us. We will call more often. It is hard to get the time zones right.
